I'm a fan of these kind of real-life-problems in the real world kind of movies. Good acting, a couple funny parts.

Interesting movie that brought up some good topics for discussion with my kids. It almost felt like the producers rode the fence between 'romantic comedy' and 'fairytale' genre. Consequently it slightly lacked as both.

If I were rating it for me? 2. If I were rating it for Chloe? 4.5. So we'll just go with 3 and call it good. Your kid will enjoy it and that's what counts, right?

Things I “need”

Videos like these bring tears to my eyes. I know that some day I’m going to go to Africa and play with children like this. When I see the simple joys of a simple life and watch children who are fed, clothed and educated because of generous people who have sponsored them I’m move to take action.
I don’t do enough and I use excuses to justify in my mind the things I “need” to live my life. But do I really need those things? Do I need them like these kids need to eat?
