    hahaha!

However, I do have a dispute with the DoT report mentioned in the story, they neglected to mention the proven effectiveness that “middle finger raising” has on driver-to-driver communication… works for me everytime.

@Nick - So true. Just make sure you’ve got a “Jesus fish” bumper decal when you’re flipping people off. All the cool Christians are doing it. ;-)

Don’t forget cutting people off and/or rear-ending them!

    The Onion is great!

Speaking of travel… you never called.

BTW, I’m loving the Bono sunglasses… but you have a more effeminate face than him. You can probably make up for that with more stubble on your face, or even a single-side earring.

Lack of communication! That is great.

Yeah, I can just see people doing this…even my 11 year old was shaking his head at this report.

Did you notice the headlines running across the bottom of the screen that said “Release killer thanks God for giving him a second chance to kill” and ” National organization for women finds mothers waiting until later in life to drown their children”. What’s up with that?!

@spatulahandle: It’s from http://www.theonion.com, a parody news service. Not all of their stuff is completely appropriate but for the most part it’s pretty funny. You’ve got to appreciate good parody to like it.

The best part about this is not the animated image, but rather the dude saying “honk…honk…honk!” HA

I thought he was going to say the other percentage is due to the stalled cars in the middle of the road from their driver being shot for honking like a maniac!

    Brad,
I thought all of it was funny, it’s just amazing what they come up with and that guy that was yelling “Honk, HONK. HOONK.” He really made me laugh…actually we(my husband, my son, and I) were all laughing at it. Thanks for the link.

This is phenomenal stuff. I just moved to Orange County from Phoenix. So now instead of whining about the heat, I whine about the traffic :)

Very funny, but NOT.Hope you don’t do that.
Were praying for you son.I know that you didn’t learn that in drivers ed.

@BradRuggles, If you’re in Indiana, you can accessorize your Jesus fish with the “In God We Trust” license plate. I have a depressing theory about that: Whenever someone cuts me off, or is driving in some other dangerous / inconsiderate way, I see which license plate they have. I can’t remember the last time it wasn’t that one. Kind of a sad statement, isn’t it?
