I've got an 8 yr old daughter and a 6 year old son, and would love to get them into hiking but haven't done any of that since kids. We're west of Atlanta so the beginning of the Appalachian trail isn't too far away. How did you break your kids in? Something to chat about at Catalyst - not long now! Brad,
