Fly Like An Eagle
POSTED IN: Blog Posts, Videos
The real fun starts 50 seconds in.
Dang, I wish I were cool enough to have a wingsuit and throw around words like “base jump” and “proximity fly.”
I’ve gotta know, is this something you would ever try?

Incredible and breath-taking. I have always wanted to “fly like an eagle” but to jump off the cliffs like these guys – I would have to be pushed.
Thanks for sharing this one.

Haha, this is awesome. I don’t know if I’d be willing to do this at first…there’s a few things like skydiving that I’d like to try first where there’s a lot more open space. =)

Brad – I recall hearing “you first” back in my childhood. This time it might just be worth it.
That was one of the most fascinating videos I have seen in a while. At one point I wanted to tell the guy in yellow to pull his hands in away from those rocks. Wow.

I would totally do this! I actually saw this video a while back and was absolutely amazed and mesmerized by the whole thing. It would be like driving a performance car with amazing handling around a curvy mountain road and the car hugs the road likes it nothing except you are the car and get to skim over the landscape. Sign me up!

Alright, our wingsuit jumping group is growing. Keep on signing up. This summer we’re taking a bloggers trip over to Norway to go cliff diving. We’ll webcast the whole thing for those of you too scared to go.

Heck no! Wouldn’t even do it the old fashioned way with a parachute. I’m a total wimp when it comes to heights.

I would LOVE to do this! What a rush…
But there IS a reason you hear about one of these guys dying every so often. Uh, it’s dangerous. So the question becomes weighing risks against rewards.
Or am I over-thinking it?
