Nine years ago on this day I made the best decision of my life. I said “I do” to a spending a lifetime with the most amazing woman I had ever met.

I look back on our faces in our Wedding album and remember the emotions I felt on that day. I promised to take Lisa, “for better or worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health, till death do us part.” I didn’t say those words lightly but I honestly didn’t have a clue what the coming years had in store.

We’ve had our share of better and worse. These past nine years have challenged us down to the very foundations. They have shaped us into better people and have strengthened the bond we vowed to each other on that day.

I’ve been blessed beyond measure to have found that special person who completes me in every way, loves me, challenges me and makes me a better man. I married way up ladies and gentlemen and I’m not ashamed to admit it.

Lisa, I love you so much. Thanks for being on this journey with me.
