Great question Brad! Maybe set him or her up with the protege program at Mark Batterson's church. Then do an internship stint at Lifechurch. Give him a few sit downs with John Maxwell and Andy Stanley. Get him into Seth Godin's mentor program. Then toss him on as a Catalyst intern for good measure!
