Your first question about finding people that can replace you is something that, in the last year, I have been thinking about on a regular basis. It's hard to put in perspective of being "replaced", when in reality God is just moving you to "replace" someone else. Or maybe move you to where no one has been. I'm ready to have a replacement and be moved. The next question is just the hardest. Being ok that they might be better then you. Thats something that will throw anyone I think.
