i’m getting to the point of being ready for God to close the chapter. there’s grief and loss in that, which i’ve been working through. but i’ve got to trust that whatever this next chapter holds will be better.

but now i can’t help but wonder if it’s just gonna be another chapter of captivity (or challenge or heartache or loss or INSERT-WHATEVER-HERE). so really what i’ve got to trust is that no matter what the next chapter holds, God holds it and me, and will somehow bring redemption even in this.

great post Brad. you are so right. as humans we think things should just get better and better. i think we all probably struggle to keep our focus on loving God and loving others, but when we do we won’t miss the amazing things he preparing for us.
