Excellent tunage is a must-have for any road trip we go on. Conversation falls flat after an hour or so and good music keeps you moving. I always pack a ton of socks and underwear, as there never seem to be enough (especially if you’re hiking, sweating, etc.) My trusty water bottle is also an essential item and can be filled up anywhere fresh water is found – saves money and calories, too.

@Jacob – And when you buy 24 hours of WIFI at the arena, that is 24 hours of use, not 1 day’s use. Tricky, tricky, they got me with that one for the orange conference!

Jacob – You can purchase WiFi there through the arena usually but nothing for free. They also have had computers in the upper level that you could get on to check email and stuff.
