Time For A Blogging Break

It’s about time for another blogging break. I’ll be signing off of blogging and social media for a few weeks so I can spend a little more time reading, writing, growing, reflecting and resting.

Is this break over yet? I have missed the genius that is Brad Ruggles. Hurry back buddy, we miss you! (By the way, what is like taking a break from writing? I can barely sleep a full night without thinking about blogging. You are either crazy or an inspiration. Either way, I applaud your dedication to this break as you have literally fallen off the face o the planet! Hurry back man.)

Your post is more confirmation. I’m planning a fast from food, tech, and everything else that seems to leak onto (and out of me) that isn’t “bad,” but just becomes a distraction if I let it go too far. Starting Feb 1st.
