African Safari Pics (Part 2)

POSTED IN: Blog Posts, Kenya Trip, photos

Here are some more pictures that I took on Safari the last day of my Compassion Kenya trip last month. Most of these are from the next morning when we woke up early to go on a sunrise safari. The image of the sun coming up over the African countryside is something I’ll never forget.

Click on any image to view it full-size. These photos were taken on  my Nikon D90 using a Nikon 55-200mm lens with the exception of the sunrise pics that I took with my Nikon 35mm f1.8 lens. You can view the complete set of 100+ photos in this set on Flickr.

Wow, very stunning photographs! You have a great eye! I can’t decide between the Lonely Tree and the Zebra on the hillside.

Makes me wonder what you could do with a Canon. haha.

Wow – we were there in January 2010 for a wedding. It was an amazing, beautiful place but a real eye opener seeing the contrast to life in the UK. I felt really uncomfortable and a little guilty for how lucky we are.
